The rod I use for this presentation is the TFO GTS S734-1, 7’ 3” Med Power fast action rod. To read more click here a-June 13, 2017 Fishing Report.pdf

80 Fish Makes the Day Go By Real Fast 06/09/2017 Enjoyed a fun day on the water looking for LMB. Given the moon phase and water temps (68) we thought we’d be looking for fish in all phases of the spawn and as our day developed that proved to be the situation. Our first area was a main lake flat surrounded by 10- 24 ft. of water and Mike started with a Lucky Craft Sammy that generated a couple of strikes, but it wasn’t the size we were looking for. I fished behind him with a Strike King Swim Jig (Shad 3/8 oz.) dressed with a Keitech Swing

Oneida Lake for Post Spawn LMB & Bedding Smallies 06/03/2017 So far on Oneida Lake I’ve focused primarily on the SMB and it’s about time to start looking for ole bucket mouth. Today proved a challenge for the first 90 minutes of the trip as I had only two LMB on a Strike King Swim Jig (Black Blue 3/8 oz.) dressed with a Zoom Twin Tail (Blue Sapphire). I fished this lure on the TFO GTS C735-1 Med Hvy power fast action rod with a Abu Garcia 6.4:1 spooled with Cortland Super braid (20 lb. Grn). The braided line really helps a lot with long distance
